The Official Procedure will take place in August 9th
The participants of the Draw are the champion teams of the contries ranked between 18-51 in the UEFA country rank for the years 2015-2019, plus the winner of the preliminary round.
The 34 teams will be split in two groups of seeded and unseeded team acording to their club rank for the years 2016-2020.
There is no official explanation about the procedure of the selection between two or more teams with the same rank in case of the border between seeded and unseeded teams.
As, by that date, the winner team of the preliminary round, will not be known, we will draw the Linfield Belfast in it’s place. No other team of the competitors of the preliminary round has better ranking than Linfield Belfast, which already is ranked into the unseeded teams.
All 34 teams are confirmed champions of their countries today (20/7/2020).
